Half-Inked BBQ Team Members!

Half-Inked BBQ is a Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) Masters Division competition team from Massachusetts.  We were founded in 2019 at a small backyard VFW cook-off where we took 2nd place in brisket and became addicted to competition cooking. Unfortunately, COVID hit, and we had to wait until 2021 to finally compete in a KCBS Masters Event.  After signing up for the Granite State BBQ Championship, we set our goal to be “have fun, and don’t be last” and we did both, finishing 29th out of 32 teams.
